I'm Ty Lerche, a founder with a background in energy and infrastructure finance. My work has focused on land, leasing, site selection, power markets, and helping companies raise capital.

I'm a techno-optimist. I think the next few decades will be shaped by energy, compute, robots, and then space.

I grew up in Paige, Texas, and live in San Diego with my wife and our labradoodle.

Lately I've been reading about AI and superintelligence, agent orchestration, robotics, and space. I also continue occasional advisory work in energy and infrastructure.
